1. Yezhu swarangalukkul   yethanai padal,
Idhaya churangathul  yethanai kelvi,
Kanum manitharrukkul   yethanai chalanam –verum,
Karpanai santhoshatil avanathu gavanam,
1.How many songs in the    seven notes,
How many questions in the cave of the heart,
How much mental disturbance in the people we ssee,
His interest  was in   prely imaginary joy,
2.kalai yezunthavudan   nalaya kelvi-athu,
Kayyil kidaitha pinnum  thudikkuthu aavi,
Yen yendra  kelvi  ondru yendarikkum thangum-manithan,
Inba thunbam  yethilume , kelvi thaan minjum.
2.As soon as we get up , it is tomorrow’s question,
Even  after we get it our soul shivers,
The one  question “Why?” would be  there forever,
In the happiness and sorrow of man,
What would remain is the question
3.Yenakkaga nee azhalaam , iyarkkayil  nadakkum-nee,
Yenakkaga  unavu   unna yeppadi nadakkum,
Namakkendru  bhoomiyile kadamaigal undu-athai,
Namakkaga nam kayyal  chivathu nandru.
2.You can cry for me, this happens in nature,
How can possibly take foof for my sake,,
There are duties   which are meant for us,
And doing them  for us with our hands  is good.
4.Aarambathil  pirappum   un kayyil illai-yendrum,
Aduthadutha  nadappum un kayyil illai,
Padai vagutha pinbu , bhayanthenna laabham –athil,
Payanam nadathi vidu  marainthidum paavam.
4.The birth in the beginning is not in your hands,
And always   what is happen after every happening is not with you,
After constructing the road, what is the point in getting scared,
Travel in that, the sin would  then vanish.
5. Nalai pozhuthu  yendrum namakkena vaazhga-athai,
Nadatha oruvan undu , kovilil kaanga,
Velai pirakkum   yendru nambikkai kolga-yentha,
Vedanayum  marum megathai pola
5.Always ;ive thinking that what happens tomorrow is ours,
To get that   done there is one person , see him in the temple,
Have always a hope that  good time would come-
For every pain is like  the changing cloud.
