Neeyum nanumaa ,

Kalam marinaal ,

Gowravam Maruma?never

1.Oh Kanna-is it me and you,-Oh Kanna,

Is it you and me,

When the time changes,

Would the honour   change

2.Arivai koduthatho ,

Dronarin gowravam,

Avar mel thoduthatha,

Arjunan Gowraam ,

Nadanthathu  antha naal,

Mudinthathaa BHaratham

2.It was the honour of Drona,

That gave him knowledge,

And did the  honour of Arjuna,

Shoot n arrow at him,

This happened  in those days,

Did the Bharatha    story get over?

3.,Nalaya Bharatham ,

Yarathan kaaranam,

Moondradi man kettan,

Vamanan ulagile,

Moondrena vaithatho,

Mannavan tthalayile,

Valartha yen kannano ,

THanthayin nenjile

3.Who is the cause  for tomorrow’s Bharatham,

Vamana asked for three  feet of earth in this earth,

But what he kept as three  was on the head of the king,

And Kannan whom I brought up, kept his feet on the chest of his father.

4.Maarum avatharame,

Ithu thaan ulagile ,

Mannani gowraam ,

Chaduranga  naduvile,

Marikkindra  senayo ,

Pillayin vadivile,

Aagattum parkkalam,

Aatathin mudivile,

Arupathai , irupathu,

Vellumaa ulagile

4.These  in this earth are  the changing incarnations,

The honour of the king is in between the chess board,

The army which   over turns is in the form of the son,

Let us se, At the end of the play,

In this earth would twenty win over sixty.
