1. Kalviya, Chelvama , Veerama,
Annaya, thanthaya, Deivamaa?
Ondrillamal matrondru Uruvaguma-ithil,
Uyarvendrum thaazhvendrum pirivagumaa
1,Is it education, or wealth or valour.
Is it mother , father or God,
Ifone of them is not there , would the other become related
In this is there a difference between growing high or low.
2.Kathorkku porul indri pasi theerumaa-porul,
Pethorkku arivindri pugazh cheruma,
Kathralum, pethralum balamagunaa-veerm,
Kanatha vazhvendrum vazhvagvuma
2.To the learned ones woul;d hunger be quenched without food,
To those wealthy people would they get fame without learning,
Would learning or becoming rich lead to strength
Would life without valour become a real life.
3.Padithavan karuthellam ,
Sabai yerumaa –porul,
Padaithavan karuthaal Sabai meerumaa,
Padithavan padaithavan yaarayinum balam,
Padaithirunthaal avanukkinayagumaa
3, Would all the thoughts of learned people be talked in the stage,
Would the thoughts of rich man be gone against by people ,
Even if the learned one is the creator, If some other one has strength,
Woulfd they be equal to him.
4,Ondrukkul ondraaga karuvaanathu -athum
Ondrinil ondraaga porul aanathu,
Ondrayondru pagaithal uyarvethu,
Moondrum oridathil irunthaal nigarethu
The foetus is one within another thing ,
It became united with one and became a thing ,
IF one fights with another, where is progress,
If all the three are in one place, where is the comparison?
5.moondru thalaimuraikkum nidhi vendumaa-Kalam,
Muthrum pugazh valarkkum m natthi vendumaa-ivai,
Moondrum thunaiyirukkum nalam vendumaa
5.Do you need wealth for three generations .
Do you need the brain that would give fame for all times,
Or do you need the welfare when all the three are there.
