I am the tree , plant   and the climbers  ,

He who had told is Krishna, He who is telling is Krishna,

Stand firmly and boldly so that Dharma grows luxuriantly.

4.Punniyam ithuvendru ulagam chonnal  -antha,

Punniyam kannanukke  ,

Pothuvaar pothalum, thoothuvaar  thothalum  ,

Pogattum kannanukkew.

4.If the world says  , this is the blessed  deed,

Than that blessed deed belongs   to Krishna  ,

Let the praise of those who praise and the scold  of those who scold  ,

Reach only  Krishna.

5.Kannane kaatinaan  , kannane thakkinaan  ,

Kannane kolai cheigindran,

Kandeepam ezhuga  -nin kai vannam ezhuga  ,

Ikkalamellam chivakka  Vaazhga.

5.Krishna showed , Krishna   attacked ,

And it is Krishna who is killing  ,

Let gandeepa ride in your hand  , Let your  handiwork be shown,

Let this entire battle field   become red.

1.Oh thoughts   which are  full of freshness,

Oh birds which wandered   singing,

Oh dear friends who moved   closely  and became joyous,

We  are going flying.

2.Kurangukal pole  marangalin mele ,

Thavi thirinthome  ,

Kuyilgal pola   iravum pagalum  koovi thirithime.

2, Like monkeys  did we not jumped  on the trees,

Like koels   did we not  coo  day and night.

3,Varavillamal  chelavukal cheythu  ,

Magizhnthirunthome  ,

Vaazhkkai thunbam arinthidamal,

Vaazhndhu  vanthome.

3.We were  spending without income and were  living happily  ,

Without understanding sorrow of life, we  were  living.

4.Yentha ooril , yentha naattil  , endru kanbomo,

Entha azhagai entha  vizhiyil   kondu chelvomo,

Intha naalai   vantha naalil maranthu povomo,

Illam kandu palli kondu maranthu nirpoma.

3,IN which city , in which country  , when will  be able to see?

Which beauty and in which eyes    shall we  take ,

Would we forget  this day  in the   coming days,

1.There is no  solace in the world where  you are not there ,

And in the heart which does not think about you, there areno worries,

And you do not sleep when the   bright  moon comes on the sky ,

And from the day you were found out the lady has not sleept.

2.Un mugathai  parpatharkke  kangal vandathu,

UN marbil chaivatharke  udal valarnthathu,

Kanni manam   unakkenave  kathirunthathu-indha,

Kaval   thandi aaval unnai thedi oduthu.

2.Only to see   your face the eyes came ,

And to lean on your chest this body greaw up,

The mind of the lady was waiting only for you-

And  desire runs crossing the security  in search of you.

3.POn vilangai   vendu mendre   Pooti kondene  -unai

Purinthum kooda    chirayil vandhu matti kondene ,

INdru  naalai   endru   naaalai   ennukindrene-naan,

Endrum unthan  yellayile vanthiduvene.

Nanmai theemai   yenpathu yenna,

Pava punniyam yenpathu yenna ,

Pathayile    azhagaga thondrum karunagam kanden,

Aniyayayam  cheipavarukkum   mariyaadhai kanden.

2,.PLease tell whether  all of you are guiltless great people,

Please touch your   dear heart and see,

All those    who have are good people,

And all those who do not have are   dangerous people in this world,

What is the thing called “good” and “bad”,

What  are blessed deeds and sin,

I saw a pretty black snake  on my way ,

And also say that those who do injustice are   respected.

2.Chathikara kootam ondru sabai year kanden,

THavarendru   yennai chollum parithapam kanden,

Kollai adippon vallalai pola,

KOvilai idippon   samiyai pola  vaazhgindran,

OOzhal cheipavan   yokkiyan pola  ,

OOrai yeippavan   Uthaman pola kangindran.

2,I saw a group of cheaters   occupying the stage  ,

And I saw that people where pitying me saying I am wrong.

The man who robs    was like the philanthropist  ,

And the one who breaks the temple was looking like God.

The one who is corrupt was  looking like a honest one ,

And the  one who cheats  the country was looking like just man.

3.Chattathin pinnal chathir aadum kootam,

THala maari aadum   indru athikara kootam,

 Endarikkum   mel idathil  ivar meethu nottam,

Ippothu puriyathu, yethir kalam  kattum,

Nataka vesham kooda varathu  ,

Nalaya ulagam ivarai vidathu chollkindren,

Pala naal thirudan  oru naal chirayil –pavam,

Chipavan  thalai murai varayil  Parkkindreen,

3.The crowd that dances   behind the law  ,

This  crowd which governs which dances to the wrong beats,

And   at all times the power people would look at them ,

Now we will not understand, the future will show  ,

The dramatic part     would not come with us,

And tomorrows world would not leave them,

I am telling the thief of many   years would be one day be in prison,

For I see several generations of people who do sin.

1.If every thing we think happens,

Then there I noGod  .

If we keep on thinking  about what happened,

There  would be no peace.

2.Mudintha kadhai thodarvathillai  ,

Iraivan yettinile  ,

THodarntha kadhai mudivathillai  ,

Manithan veetinile.

2. The story which has come and end,

Does not continue in the book  of God,

And the story which continues never ends,

In the house of man.

3.AAyiram vasam idhayam,-athil,

Ayiram ennangal udhayam  ,

Yaaro varuvaar, Yaro povaar,

Varuvathum povathum theriyathu.

3, The heart has thousand gates,

In that thousand thoughts arise,

Some one will come-some one will go,

WE do not notice the coming and going.

4.Oruvar mattum kudiyirunthaal ,

Thunbam yethum illai  ,

Ondru irukka ondru vanthaal  ,

Endrum amaithi  illai.

4.If one person only lives there,

Ther would not be any sorrow,

If one comes when one is already there ,

Always there would not be peace.

5.Enge vaazhkkai thodangun-athu,

Enge yevvidham mudiyum,

Ithu thaan padhai, ithu thaan payanam,

Yenbathu aarukkum theriyathu.

5. Where would life begin ,

Where and how it will end ,

This is the road, this is the journey ,

No one knows about this.

6.Padhyellam maari varum ,

Payanam mudinthu vidum  ,

Maruvathai purinthu kondal ,

Matakkam thelinthu vidum.

6.The path would keep on changing  ,

The journey would come to an end ,

If we understand this change  ,

Our ignorance would come to an end.
